From what I saw it’s not bad. Obviously isn’t close to the fanfare or level of the actual NFL but it’s definitely a serious league. The fact that ESPN & FOX is involved is a huge plus. I remember the games from the first XFL & they were shitty.

It's way too soon to draw any conclusions about whether the XFL can succeed, but based on the attendance at the two stadiums that hosted XFL games on Saturday, the upstart league has some passionate fans, but not a lot of them.
