Official Car/Vehicle thread.. Car mods, new purchases, general convo

If the car doesn't have a factory Bose setup, and you're just looking for something a bit better for not a lot of money, I'd go either Pioneer coaxes front and rear or Kicker CS series joints front and rear. JBL is also an option in that price range.

If it's an A-to-B car, I'd go so far as to say the Pioneer joints you find for cheap at Walmart are a fairly doable solution. Should add a bit of "sparkle" to the high end with a lil bump on the low end.

Looking for some door and back speakers to replace the factory joints I got

I ain't tryna enter no contest or anything but one went out a while back and I think one is on the way

I ain't tryna spend an arm and leg
Just go to the Walmart and get the speakers on the top shelf.
But nah check crutchfield and you should be able to get some pioneer speakers for a really good price.

I got an 18 Sentra with 106k miles that I rarely drive because of my travel job. Want to see how long it can last
Just confirmed

231 and some change

I think the furthest I've driven my car was to Houston but when I started refereeing is when I started putting a ton of miles on it

Outside of normal wear and tear, I've had no major issues

My wear and tear I mean, I had my shift box or whatever fixed as I could no longer put it in gear

I think I've had my CV joints replaced a long time ago

My motor mount broke and I had to get that replaced and I had a really bad oil leak that I have remember what the cause was

And recently my radiator needed to be replaced along with the upper hose

I don't know the total tab for all this but I wanna say it was under 8k as a total over all the years

And you still driving the Acura regularly?

Your altima is a stick?
Yeeeeeaaaaahhhh mane... IDK what I was thinking but I think cause my mama guy the Altima when they first came out and that's the car I learned to drive and she had a stick as well

I've had quite a few people chop it up with me about it when they've changed oil on it and whatnot so it's a nice conversation starter

Having to get under the ride in this freezing cold 15 degrees with wind is some bullshit.

I had to re-attach the straight pipe that sits where my cat should be. The shit I used last time completely rusted out and broke last night so my shit was loud as hell.

I'm sittin' here trying to warm up before I head back out for a grocery store run.
