he made Nate Robinson have arguably the best season of his career, he turned Joakim Noah into a DPOY and he did make the Wolves marginally better

Him coaching Frank and Robinson and Barrett will make them accountable and rely on playing hard to win games

also on the bright side he can play kevin knox 32 mins a game to maybe force productivity out of him.

Idk if Thibs is gonna make players come to NY especially with the way he handled things in Minnesota but we’ll see

it coulda been worse I guess

The only thing I really hate is that Thibs doesnt like playing young guys and destroys their confidence.

And the Knicks are still in the early develop young players stage of their rebuild.

Gonna wait and see though. He knows what he signed up for and must know this is year 1 of a 3-4 year rebuild
