What's the difference if cases go down lol? We already know if you get it once you can get it again. The virus is not going anywhere. Everywhere that has opened up has seen a spike in cases. So you push through or shut down till fall 21 the earliest. Only thing that will work until a vaccine is handed out is what they're doing now.

They need to do this now in order to do it for real in 5 months.
