Fans are caring less about the regular season because the narratives are all formed during the playoffs.

This is what is wrong with the NBA:
1. Players teaming up during the off season. Gives off the impression that the players aren't competing to beat one another
2. Load Management. We've already seen multiple games Khawhi witting out with the Clippers on National TV. Ja Morant has missed games for load management and he a rookie
3. No KD, Steph, Klay Thompson. Kyrie has missed games. No Warriors.
4. A player shows any sign of emotion or if there is a hard foul then it's automatically a flagrant. Let the players talk trash. This is an entertainment league.
5. The league needs to stop marketing players and market teams. So many players are hurt and it's not making fans ant to watch cuz Steph not playing
6. The league is boring. There's no defense. Analytics is killing basketball. There's no difference in playing styles. Every team plays the same. It's all fast break layups or 3's.
In the 2000's you had varying styles. 06 suns with the 7 seconds or less offense. Lakers with the triangle offense. Spurs and the Pistons with defense and efficient half court offense. It made for great basketball. Which style is better suited to win a championship?
