2. james harden is talented but his baiting refs for fouls is disgusting. twice he grabbed leonard arm and the refs called deensive fouls. shit is disgusting.

The brother of Houston Rockets star Russell Westbrook was escorted out of Staples Center because of his role in a heated verbal confrontation with Los Angeles Clippers forward Montrezl Harrell and for “rushing the court” at the end of Friday night’s game, security officials told Yahoo Sports.

“He rushed the court,” a security official told Yahoo Sports. “He was in clear violation”

Raynard Westbrook, the younger brother of the Rockets’ star, and Harrell participated in an intense back and forth as both teams were headed to the locker room.

There was some distance between the two until Raynard stepped on the court to continue the banter, and arena security cut off his path and directed him off the court.

While continuing the verbal sparring, Raynard was moved along the seats behind the basket closest to the Clippers’ bench before being asked to exit the arena. Raynard complied and walked out with the assistance of security personnel with no further incident.

Some fans recognized who he was and one fan shouted, “That’s Russ’ brother!”

“I ride for my team and my city,” Harrell told Yahoo Sports about the incident. “All I care about is who’s on my team. And we won. That’s all that matters.”

Harden did what he needed to.
Russ smh all game was attacking then jacked up a 3 with the game on the line and a wide open lane. Frustrating.
Capela another strong game.

Not mad at the loss just mad at the late game execution. Up 5 with a min left you gotta win that.

Mclemore did a good job filling in for house but EG is missed.
 
Like I said you have to take the good Russ with the bad Russ and he was definitely bad

Poor shooting/shot selection, his lack of awareness and basketball iq is disturbing which I already knew but he has to better late in games....Ive seen him have good moments closing out games this season but tonight was terrible

Russ also didnt hustle and get back on D but the refs did fuck us over with Doc being damn near at half court asking for a timeout, not calling it and then Lou Will hits a big 3

Feel the same as @Hustletown though, wasnt a bad loss just bad execution down the stretch
 
I will say this, based off our two games with the Clippers so far I feel pretty good about that matchup

Clearly they respect what Harden doing, you have a team with PG, Kawhi and Bev and the still sending double teams and traps as soon as he gets over halfcourt

We get Gordon back and not playing like shit to match Lou Will off the bench and House going to be a big help attacking the basket and shooting when Harden passing out of those double teams
