You have Anagen stage which is the growth, it lasts anywhere from 2 to 7 years

Then you have catagen phase where the hair is dormant. It last about two weeks

Last stage is the telogen where the hair has reached its peak and you'll start to shed for a few months

Then it just repeats. Its a reason they say growing beards take patience. I've been growing mine for almost 2 years and just trimmed the shit out of it earlier today because of damaged hair I didn't take care of early on. I was pissed because its so much hair to move around just to cut knotted up split ends.

BTW try deep conditioning. I do it twice a week. It helped a lot

i've wacked my shit down like 4 times now, and i can say this time its better than its ever been because I've stayed on top of it from the beginning

just gotta keep the routine, keep it healthy, and keep your hands out of it

the first time I had it bad for pulling and twisting on them lil rolled up hairs under the chin....all that shit fell out lol

I KNOW mf's in cali got life insurance

my company keeps wanting to ask the same questions about my smoking so they can trip me up and say im lying

shit is aggravating af

ima quit smoking everything and just eat fast food for a year and croak on they bitch ass

they didnt ask shit about my diet or driving habits

Definitely ask about it man, my company made it a point to enforce it because it helped with negotiating their premiums when it came time to get a new health insurance company.
