There needs to be some kind of protocol for firing someone.


A lot of these workplace shootings probably result from similar situations.

He was fired

I had to go to his home to pick up some shit today. It got real. He was already drinking, telling me about his personal shit, how he was upset the area manager didnt give him a heads up. Then he puts the his pistol on his work bench and continues the conversation like it was nothing.

Thankfully, like a real g, I blamed everything on the guy above me
 
You usually don't see a woman dickride (or clitride if you will) a woman. So to see it seems weird
