What's a good software to use to cut an image out of another? I'm trying paint but when I cut pieces of it using freeform the edges aren't smooth
Not sure if I explained that well lol
 
just had a Lovecraft Country experience

This CAC lady put a curse on me....... she was yelling at me “ I curse you!!!! I curse you!!!!

I had to son her she was besides herself while I drove away laughing
