With microdosing tho? I've tripped plenty of times, but I ain't trying to go to the moon, want to do micro doses for a week or two and see how it improves things. I got the shrooms, just figured I'd start this weekend since it's a long one haha.

Just mainly concerned about what a proper micro dose is and what grinder would be ok with it. Everything I've read goes from 0.3-1g a dose. A gram seems too damn high for a micro dose haha. It is a small dose, but don't think I'd be ok to work on a gram.
