I'm one of 60k people in baton rouge to wake up to no power. Most of the traffic lights are out and motherfuckers do not know how to drive or rather practice driving rules when lights are out.

You're supposed to invoke the 4 way stop bitch ass niggas and cacs. Not drive through them.

I swear people don't even test for the license no more
As long as you can turn the car on and put it in gear, you can get a license. Smh
