I have the craziest classmates. One of them from throwback middle and high school be saying the craziest sh*t on FB. One of my home boys told me that our classmate is the type that'll try to have you ride everywhere and hold up your time. That nigga don't work, stay drunk. A descendant from the can't-get-right family.

Classmate: What up cuz

Me: shid nothing but cooling

Classmate: Hopefully, I can get a ride. A nigga trying to get out and about later on

Me: Nigga it's 20 degrees and it's Monday. Who tf gets out on a Monday night?

I wonder was they some out of town niggas, since the City Cafe hotel is across the street. Plus I think it be some hood sh*t going on over there. It gotta trapping vibe to it over there.

Especially pertaining to land they already own...making sure they're paying the property taxes...avoiding their land being snatched from them w/o them knowing. That kinda thing is big in the south.


I'm big on keeping land w/n the family. But if you're gonna sell it...get it appraised 1st so you'll know the actual value. Too many of our people get fucc'd over when they agree to sell their property. Sellin their land lower than the price of what it's actually worth.
