i told my manager flat out i was looking for another job, if they wanna keep me they gonna have to make some changes....

first out i see i'm taking...

i know way too much about what's going on, they can't afford to lose me right now, i'm in too good of a position for them to let me walk....

and they still apologizing to me...

they doing everything they can to make sure i only have to go to those offices in the event of an emergency....

i made some phone calls above a few people heads, and explained the situation.....more people in management are on my side with this. they just told me don't discuss stuff with site level people, cuz they really can't see past their own site,.... and if they claim they dont' need help then they won't send me there any more

Imo that's the power of making yourself an asset to a company. It's more of a loss to lose me than it is for me to find a new place of employment. I can make those statements/requests without fear of recourse because I am keenly aware of how integral my job is.

Nope. Only applies if your an outstanding employee not a nigga that's consistently late spreading negativity onsite and probably not getting paid starting salary.

@B_A I guarantee you don't make it a habit of being late, complaining to other staff or sitting back playing games on your phone all day as du claims he does.

As an employer I can get a new employee cheaper that will appreciate the job more and be more in line because it's a new job they wish to keep. This nigga du overly comfortable at a he's completely replaceable at.

i don't know y i even waste time explaining shit to yall niggaz...

yall actively look for ways to throw whatever i post back in my face....

3 different accounts are getting contract renewals, and one is getting a major expansion......i'm key in all that shit....

i have the knowledge, experience, and have built a rapport with the clients at those accounts....

management NEEDS be to be here during that process, they are even discussing placing me back on one account permanently just because me talking about another job when all this shit on the table is making people sick.....

me leaving is the worst case scenario for all that shit, because my name is constantly coming up in the discussion on how they are going to manage all the new shit coming along...sure they can hire new people.... but they know that would put them in a bad spot......so they keep trying to talk me into hanging around for a few months.....i


my response is that if i don't see all this reflected in my review and raise, we gonna have a problem...

i think it just gets under king freeman's skin to hear me talk confidently about anything...

that nigga hates himself....and he hates that i love myself.....shit's personal with him....

Well my direct manager and two other managers just vouched for me being their most reliable employee in a conference call...

My direct manager doesn't want me off his team, he just try not to send me to DC anymore. And another manager is all but arguing with him saying I'm not happy on that team I should be on his team locally here in bmore. And the other manager says she's going to talk to her sites, because she doesn't think any of this has anything to do with me, she feels they are just trying to throw me under the bus because they aren't doing what they supposed to do.

Like it's hilarious to me.... Cuz I'm just saying I want to work where I'm needed.

It happens. The year we had it the temperature hadn't gone below -2 once then allstar weekend its -15, -20. Salt. At least it didn't snow tho. It was just cold.
