fuck that...they need to manage the region better and dispatch people to locations based on where they live....
the way the scheduling is being done is placing multiple accounts at a disservice.....and i refuse to be ran around unnecessarily....
if they fire me they dumb....
i told my manager flat out i was looking for another job, if they wanna keep me they gonna have to make some changes....

i have the knowledge, experience, and have built a rapport with the clients at those accounts....
management NEEDS be to be here during that process, they are even discussing placing me back on one account permanently just because me talking about another job when all this shit on the table is making people sick.....
me leaving is the worst case scenario for all that shit, because my name is constantly coming up in the discussion on how they are going to manage all the new shit coming along...sure they can hire new people.... but they know that would put them in a bad spot......so they keep trying to talk me into hanging around for a few months.....i
my response is that if i don't see all this reflected in my review and raise, we gonna have a problem...
i think it just gets under king freeman's skin to hear me talk confidently about anything...
