I'm conflicted....

Unless you're ready to call up Axiom and Frazer as a tag team to the main roster, they should be NXT tag champs.

But I think individually they are both ready for the main roster, especially Frazer. Axiom could get lost on the main but Frazer is baby Rollins. His trajectory off that alone is higher and WWE is in the position to continue making new stars.
