As someone that went through the immigration process in America, you saying there are no rules and nothing matters is completely not true.

Trump is restricting folks from coming here but a lot of the rules were already on the books.

If you are a green card holder and you claim food stamps, it was on books not to be a public charge to America, and prior to Trump they may or may not have thrown out your citizenship application.

If you have a green card and claim food stamps under Trump, they might just deport you.
