OPINION New seasonings to try

What would you use this on? What does it taste like?

I got the taste of the above seasoning with the elote.. I sprinkle the elote seasoning on quesadillas along with hot sauce it was good. I'm making rice and beans for burritos tomorrow morning so I will add it on there.

I think it would pair with ceviche, tacos, burgers, chicken.

I will say- it may take some getting used to. It retails for $8, and I got it for $3.50 at Walmart yesterday

What's crazy is that I'm out of cumin and forgot to get more while I was out earlier today. I usually get it like this from the Mexican market around the way:

Those are the ones, the seasonings in that type of bag hit quite well

Living in Phoenix made me a believer in it. Used to cop from Food City and Ranch Market. Shit had us confused at first like "why are the spices in these lil bags on a rack???" but saw all the locals snatching 'em up.
