I think they just shut down the servers on bf4 and only paid servers are active but bf4 was the best game. Bad Company 2 definitely reeled me in though

Didn't get the first one but you the bc2 was good and that socom that had the gun with it was a good game as well

Oh yea and rainbow six Vegas the first one was a damn good game as well. The second one that came after that felt like years later was garbage and they moved as fast left as they could and was a different game

Got burnt with 2042 so I am going to wait a bit longer after the next game is released but if the above ends up being true, then I am keen on jumping back into the franchise again.
