Didn’t watch the video but yea, once it gets sent to collections the creditor has already written that debt off, and reported it to the credit bureaus. Nothing to gain from paying the collection agency.

I thought if u pay off a collection u can ask the debtors to drop it from your credit report and get it taken off. Bc what if u can pay it in 6 mos to a year vs letting it drag ur score for 7 yrs?

Yo, I discovered dudes videos a couple weeks ago. Haven't watched them all, though. Popped up in my recommendations after checking out some Jay Morrison stuff.

Better get it in writing before paying anything to collections. This worked for me one time... Tried it with others but they wouldn't agree to it
