NBA Offseason Thread

What this tells me is that Lebron is in the retirement stage of his career, the finals losses have taken there toll on him the same way they did with Kyrie. I think Lebron’s only goal at this point is to become a billionaire. And making a move to LA just maximizes the potential of that happening, everything’s out there. Rich can move his agency out there, business wise it makes sense. I can never hate on a black man taking advantage of oppertunity.

This is different from the move to Miami. This one is not basketball related because Philly would have by far been the better option. There’s no other stars in LA.

Golden State has the league on lock for the next 4-5 years so it really doesn’t matter lol and because of that it’s a great time to rebuild. It’s going to be a long time before another team in the East raises a banner...horrible timing for a lot of these pretenders in the East (Boston,DC,MIL, etc.,)

I’m happy we got a head start on rebuilding our roster. We got some young pieces. Some tradeable assets. A owner who has a track record of spending more money then any other owner in the history of the league...The last time was much worse roster wise, this time we’ve already started the process.

Bolded...i think a squad of bron, kawhi, boogie n smart pieces around them can give gsw a good run.

Niggas in here mad as fuck because you can like a player that’s not on your team.

I don’t want to see any of you niggas comment on any player that’s not on your team.

I bet not see any props given to anybody.

Wouldn't be ideal and hopefully we find a better option but I would be okay with starting the season with Luc at the 3 as long as we add a quality back up pg and center

Of course this is all contingent on him being healthy but he was much better than Ariza during the regular season before he got hurt the first time and can at least put the ball on the court and attack the basket without making himself look like a complete idiot

Kyrie lost once in the finals, and you can’t relate to anyone making over $35,000 a year stop lying

With Johnson and Rob Pelinka, with Ingram and Kyle Kuzma, they’ve crossed the threshold.

A little worried Lonzo was left out of this. Reminds me of when Wiggins was left out too. Lavar needs to STFU for a least the first half of the season, let Lonzo’s play convince Lebron.

That’s three of four stupid ass reasons especially the last two, I mean fine you’re a wizards fans it’s not going to get much better than a Nerlens Noel signing...but what has he done lately that makes you think him and Wall would be such a dynamic duo together?

Always gotta be that one nigga to be on the sucka shit.

Nobody said or would think them of niggas as a dynamic duo. But they SHOULD be a better duo than Wall & Gortat. On top of that Noel should be a better rebounder and defender than Gortat besides the obvious that Noel would a way better finisher around the rim than Gortat.

When noel ain't pushing defenders in the back to get the rebound, you might shed a tear

Actually one person said with Noel the Wizards will go to the finals and give the Warriors a run, the other person said he would love to see Noel and Wall together and all I did was ask why because I don’t see what’s to love there, if it’s say Cousins and Wall I could see someone saying they would love to see that but Noel? Nothing to love there, he had one good stretch with Philly a few years back and since then sometimes I forget he’s even in the league, but I also mentioned it’s a good move for Washington so get out your feelings
