I do believe SA would do a godfather deal with us like Ingram, Kuzma, S&T Randle and picks. But our FO not doing all that with him being an expiring and adamant on leaving. So Spurs leak that to see if LA panics(they won’t). Woj doesn’t have great Bron connects so that info is not coming from him. And I don’t think Lakers would refute the notion either when he reaches out to them for confirmation because once again they know how the league bitches about tampering when it comes to them and not other organizations. So saying yeah Bron probably won’t come alone benefits them.

And as far as the all the PG staying imho all this “smoke” is for him and our FO to duck all the tampering shit. Since he’s supposedly picking before he meets. So he can be torn and make a pick and we can say he made that decision all on his own.

Other thing I think Bron is announcing 2nd so PG can have his “going home” moment because once Bron decides he’s an afterthought. This is all calculated.

Spurs on a race against time. After FA starts if what I posted before indeed happens they lose even more leverage. Because teams would see that 1 year rental shit and bounce might be a reality. Those offers they have now would get worse.

I think they trade him today or tomorrow. Philly or Boston, most likely Philly.
 
Im not saying its possible or anything but I wonder if Kawhi winds up on the Clippers somehow and PG stays in OKC, would there be a chance where Bron goes to the Clippers?
