NBA Offseason Thread

Oh shit! that 1st was unprotected? Didn't know that. I still would have probably kept Bridges but that's a nice haul. Don't know about ZS creating his own shot tho he has a long way to in that regard but then again you don't really need that as much as you need a guy who can defend and knock down shots.
I get what you're saying. I just think Philly has only Boston on their radar. In that playoff series Rozier, Brown and Tatum killed us. Even with Miami we struggled with their guards. This time Boston will throw Kyrie and Hayward at us. Being able to cover guards will free up Ben and RoCo to help on Tatum and Brown. As for knocking down shots Philly missed a lot of open looks against Boston. RoCo failed to step up.

Brett Brown is lucky to have a job after that series, I know everyone hates RoCo now after that and Ben didn’t show up but there’s a trickle down effect that started with him and his stupid decision making, I still don’t know why Richaun Holmes got no tick

Here’s the part Heat fans might not like: it could remain that way all summer.

Riley said it’s looking more and more like the Heat is going to be bringing back the same team that is coming off a 44-38 regular season and a quick first round playoff series

in b4 another mediocre 42-40 season wit this wack ass roster that will have one of the highest payrolls in the nba.

Went 44-38 without our starting SG for months and constant injury to our starting center to the point he entered the post season lacking the right conditioning

Whiteside should lose some weight also

I'll settle for a top 6 seed and more development from our younger players and another year closer to players coming off the books...

Been watching mad footage of Hutchinson. If he gets that starting spot I think he can be the kuz of this draft

Duke can hoop, I see why the bulls told him don't workout for anybody else he woulda went higher than 22nd if he did

He's tough, about 15-20 lbs added and he puts a hurting on the league. A good mentor will help. He can guard 1-3 positions, maybe 4.

Or Markelle Fultz for that matter, it took him till what game 4 to starting using Mcconnell? Had Reddick on Tatum and RoCo on Rozier smh
There's something called a switch it happens alot on of offensive switches. Stevens did a great job of exposing Redick's defense and size mismatch with the Celtics big wing players.

I got the drop

PG not a lock to the lakers. He's 50/50 going back n forth things can change but..

there is all sorts of optimism in Oklahoma City that George will re-sign. Conversely, there’s pessimism in James’ camp that George would leave Oklahoma City

I’m not talking about switching he didn’t have to switch Reddick’s assignment was Tatum and when it was clear it wasn’t working he stuck with it at least in games 1 or 2, let’s not get into the horrible misuse of timeouts either, Brett Brown was noticeably bad, Doc Riversesque

I think he’s decided on LA IF they can put the team he wants together around him, George is a major piece if they don’t sign him and Spurs won’t trade Kawhi to LA...I don’t know about the Lakers at least in 2018
