Melo off the bench for cheap will work for a bunch of teams including the Lakers or Houston.

Melo starting? Idk if he can even get 20 on a bad team anymore. He looked so slow last year, probably be even slower this year.

Its either Melo gives something good for 15-20 minutes a game or hes a detriment for the team

I wonder if young guys like Parker hear that their attitudes costing them money and change or just say fuck it and remain the same
 
Melo might AI himself. He need to look in the mirror and realize that ship sailed a long time ago.

Father time is undefeated. He probably look at Bron and think I can still do this. Nah Bron is the exception so just come off the bench (not LA) and things will be good.

Crazy thing is Melo could actually start on the Rockets. Gonna be a funny ass season for them.

Melo desperately wants to get to 30k career points. I know that much.

Fuck it if Melo wants to come here on the vet minimum and we still have our MLE to use why not

Do I think he's washed? Yes...but I don't think he was as bad as he looked on OKC, he'll be on a team with actual floor generals and Houston has a real offensive system he can be worked into(plus he'll have a full camp with the team)

Obviously not the ideal pickup and I would prefer to go in a different direction but at this point in cool with giving him a shot

We've gambled on guys like Josh Smith who was a chucker and had terrible shot selection, Ty Lawson who was a raging alcoholic(epic fail), Gerald Green who wasn't on anyone's roster and revived the career of Eric Gordon

Melo just might be the next reclamation project that we salvage
