Too bad the album wasn't and that's coming from a Nas fan.
I get the hate for koonye. But how much did nas beat selection have 2 do w the shit being underwhelming. Still don't think it was wack. Just meh
I thought the album was dope.. I think the fact 4:44 was extra dope it kinda hindered 'Nasir' as peoples expectations were so high...
4:44 had little to do w the reaction Nasir received. It was the fact that we thought we was getting the supposed "Nas album is done" khaled n many others had told us about....little did we know.
This videofilm definitely was needed to help illuminate the album. It made me appreciate his vision better, because this album was prior to this film the worst Nas album IMO......and I'm a Nas fan.
