Its just ok I'm looking forward to kd3
king disease came out last year...... In that time jay z has only appeared on a written testimonyGeeez, 'Speechless' is up their with the GOAT Nas tracks on first listen...
Man, I hate to compare Jay & Nas as its been done over and over but right now I got to...
Nas is doing what Jay hasnt currently done on a consistent basis, making grownman music that is still gully and hood at times, mixed along with clever, mature/grownman bars but still using his vintage flow and cadence, a perfect blend and recipe...
I think Nas has has achieved this as since KD1, most of his projects have been like autobiographical, documental and nostalgic type tracks, so hes touching on interesting topics and stories without him saying hes still actually grabbing macks and selling dimes etc (like hes in some type of second childhood) AND hes also still sounding like hes a boardroom boss with the grownman business bars too (talking about investing, property, taking and meeting with politicians, family, knowledge, wisdom, having professional chefs etc) like I said hes currently got a perfect recipe...
Also, Hit-Boy has played a massive part too by lacing Nas with beats that have bought the best outta him, hes got Nas sounding like Nasty Nas since KD1...
