Mystikal Wanted For Rape

nah man

sounds plausible af to me
I mean, yeah, it's plausible in the sense that we could be living on a flat square held up by a stack of turtles. Everything has a chance of being true, but why leave anything to doubt when you have audio evidence to disprove the accusation.

On Tuesday (September 19), Mystikal was indicted by a Caddo grand jury with one count each of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping. His bond has been set at $3 million dollars.

For what its worth, Mystical had pleaded guilty to sexual battery and extortion charges back in 2003. He eventually served a six-year prison sentence, and was required to register as a sex offender in Louisiana, which adds another element to the case. All in all, its not looking good at the moment for the N.O. rapper.

In addition to Mystical, Averweone Darnell Holman was also indicted on one count each of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping. His bond has been set at $3 million as well. Meanwhile, the third accomplice Tenichia Monieck Wafford, was indicted on one count of obstruction of justice. Her bond is set at $500,000.

New evidence in rape case against Mystikal delays bond hearing

CADDO PARISH, LA (KSLA) - Arguments over the request to reduce the bond of the rapper Mystikal never took place on Wednesday, as his attorney learned that investigators have new evidence.

Michael Lawrence Tyler, better known as the rapper Mystikal, has spent the last year locked up at the Caddo Correctional center, facing one count each of first degree rape and second degree kidnapping.

His bond set at $3 million dollars, Tyler’s defense lawyer filed a motion with Caddo Parish Judge Romana Emanuel, asking that the 46-year-old New Orleans rapper’s bail be reduced to $500,000.

However, it was learned the Shreveport Police Department obtained a recorded statement from the victim in the case.

Last December, Tyler pleaded not guilty to the charges which stem from an alleged sexual assault at a downtown Shreveport Casino in October 2016.

In the case, a Caddo Parish Grand jury has also indicted Darnell Holman, a 26 year-old Shreveport man, on one count each of first-degree rape and second degree kidnapping, and Tenichia Monieck Wafford, of Harker Heights, Texas for one count of obstruction of justice.

A bond reduction hearing was set for Wednesday afternoon, and Tyler was transported to court for his appearance wearing a red jumpsuit, his hand and feet in shackles.

With defense counsel not having the opportunity to review that new evidence, the hearing was continued until 2p.m. on Oct. 4.

Slim, I was just about say this same shit.

The hell y'all doing down there in NO @AP21

The Louisiana court system is known for being the slowest and the harshest at times

people sit for months with no hearing on simple possession charges and petty thefts

the slow movement on his case is really no indicator that something is going wrong, just shows how behind they are

which is no problem to them, as they'd rather you just pay whatever crazy ass bond they give you

exactly....they gone get the money out yo ass either way

could be now or over 3 years.....that part is up to you lol

everybody wondered why they were so laxed on me on paper....why they never came to the house or hit me with random tests.....I paid that money, the rest of that shit is busy work....they got what they wanted

Hold peopling for years without trial is a common thing in Louisiana, unfortunately. I think this makes the incident they're holding him for 2 years old by now.

Rick James: Man, I stopped kidnapping hoes and sexually assaulting them after that first time I got sent to jail. Nobody would be stupid enough to get caught doing that shit again.

Mystikal: Hold my beer.
