MTA ends cash transactions at subway booths

you said the metro is accessible for all and one of the best public transit systems in the region

a collapsed bridge proves youre just blowing smoke and sawdust up our ass

I didn't say any of that.

I said the system of having machines that take money and recharge tickets has been implemented in DC for a long time, and hasn't inhibited poor and homeless people from using the Metro.

I'm not really sure why you like reading my posts and then making up your own points to argue against. That's just weird. And even if I did say what you claim, I'm not sure how a freak occurrence like a collapsed bridge would be evidence that the Metro hasn't been accessible for all. The collapsed bridge is obviously not a planned part of the system's operation.
