That was the Disney version. It was a live action adaptation of the old Disney one which was loosely based off the book. This one is truer to the book so it's gonna be darker.

And IIRC, this one was supposed to come out first. But Disney said fuck all that lol

I prefer the Disney version. I think this is the third time a live action jungle book has been made. I wish they got John Goodman to do the voice acting for baloo instead of bill murray
