Livia wanted him wacked because he put her in a nursing home

Junior gave the order because he realized that Tony was the real power in the family. Tony spent his money to put her in the best retirement home in the state and in returned she tried to have him wacked. You can't even say it was over business.

She was technically just a much a part of the mob as any of them. They stay tryna have family killed. Plus Tony always deserved to be killed. He was not innocent

The most gangster person in Namond world wanted the kid to have better life. Everybody saw the good in Namond BUT his mother... She wanted him to be on the corners. His pops and his teacher saw he could be more than that
 
Tony was a piece of shit.... like make no mistake... His mom wasn't wrong in the determination. She knew her son wasn't shit. She was right to feel the way she felt about Tony.

Namond actually had potential. And his mother was dead wrong in ignoring it and thinking he wasn't shit. She was actively trying to make her son a bad person when everybody else around him knew he wasn't built for that life.

Even his peers were shitting on him. The corners reluctantly took him. EVERYBODY knew Namond ain't belong out there. But his mom forced him anyway.

Tony was arguably the villain of the show at times. His momma trying to take him out was a good judge of character on her part.
 
Soprano mom by far. That nigga was 50 and still his mom stressing him out remember a flashback episode where she said she would rather strangle her kids than let the be in the mob or something. Lady was straight mean asf and they had money.

Naemond mom woulda at least been a lil as if he died in the streets and then plot revenge. Tony mom would get revenge and not gaf bout Tony.
