Are you referring to Punk turning heel? If so...why?? Punk does not need to turn heel.

Punk vs Cody is a "feud" where's its gonna be a 50/50 split amongst fans. Nothing needs to be done. Nothing needs to be added. You let these two chefs cook up a 5 star meal and you get the fucc out the kitchen.

Nah bro, you aint finna do that lol. Roman was in that match, he was just operating on CP time (do Samoans count??).

Bret vs Yoko was the main event but the night ended with Hogan posing.

Cody vs Sami was the main event but the night ended with Punk posing. Brother.

As long as Punk and Cody bring the same heat they've brought in their previous confrontations we gonna be eating good. No reason to think they won't deliver, since they aint missed yet.

I mean you could argue Sami being a champ for 9 days and losing the way he did only adds to his current arc. I actually dont think this is much of a hot take at all. Sami gonna be tight he lost the way he did and complain all the way to MITB. He could possibly win the fans back along the way.

Cashes in at SaudiMania, at home again against whoever is the WWE champ by then. It actually makes all the sense lol

I see what you saying. I’m just thinking about what’s gonna happen if Kevin Owens comes back by the end of the year. Oba most likely leaving as champ at Mania, KO comeback tour including him getting the title ain’t out the question either. Especially if Sami is involved.

Bruh turning Punk heel just for the sake of it makes no absolute sense. Gunther is there. Sami still there. BL still there. In addition to the future talent on the roster.

But we talkin right now...this ain't the situation where he needs a top heel. IF they goin wit Cody vs Punk...then you leave it be. Let the fans side who they wanna side wit.

Those two are so good at what they do...I'm almost certain HHH just gives them quick bullet points...the goes on about his bizness. B/c he has that must trust in Cody and Punk to deliver.
 
I doubt there will be a true heel in that shit. The match gonna slap and the intensity in the head to head interviews will be the most watchable thing Smackdown has had in a long time.

Early prediction is Punk retains for me. By way of either Drew or Orton screwing Cody.
