There have been rumors all day that WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk was placed into the company's concussion protocol system after last night's match on Raw.

PWInsider.com is told this is entirely incorrect.

When you think about it, the story doesn't even hold up to scrutiny because CM Punk was on camera all day doing media appearances in the New York City area starting with early this morning on FOX New York's Good Day New York. It stands to reason that if Punk was concussed, the last thing anyone should want to do is put him on camera for hours upon hours of interviews all day

Listen man I like Jey largely off the strength of his character arc in the peak of the bloodline story. Wanted to see him win the big one which he did. But after that it went downhill. Jey is entertaining. Especially after he has a drink or two. Could his wrestling skills use work? Sure. Same could be said for a prime Goldberg. But nobody really had an issue with Jey outside of people who dont attend live events. WWE killed his push at the demand of non ticket buyers.
