I'd have Finn hating on Dom in the background for the next couple weeks, just progressively becoming more and more disgusted w/ the reign and reactions he getting by the week.

Then finally have him beat his ass one night to the point where even Carlito like yo that's too much I'm out.

That's how I'd official write him outta Judgement Day. After that they could run him and Dom for the IC title
