I had the first Metroid prime on GameCube and prime 3 for the Wii. Metroid should pay ho,age to kts 2 d roots and have some segments of the game be in 2d

They did that with Samus Returns & Dread tho.

I’m not the biggest fan of the fps metroids but it’s something different for the series
