OF has grown to a massive size, and they feel like they have the opportunity to get even bigger because investors love to pour funds into successful companies. But the problem is that those same investors don't wanna be involved with porn, so OF is willing to roll the dice and get rid of the thing that made them big in the first place.

It's like how in the 90s, new TV networks like Fox, WB and UPN all grew big by catering to the underserved African-American audience. Once they got their numbers up, the cancelled all their black shows and rebranded themselves as channels for white teens with shows like Dawson's Creek and Buffy.
