I mean, it depends on what you mean by "has ass"... If you mean MY definition, which is having a cute, nicely-shaped little bottom, then yeah... she had that. If you mean having a "donk" of any kind .... no, she did not have that naturally. When she came in the game she was skinny, almost no curves, with big buoyant boobs.

As she got older, she started getting thicker... and weight gain on a non-curvy body can be a bad look.

She got lipo, and she got ass implants (if I recall, she was one of the first chicks in porn to really have the ass implants. I remember cats would be speculating if she had bought an ass, and niggas would be like "nah" because most niggas weren't even sure that was a thing you could do)

Anyway, she got a second boob job and BBL, and still kept gaining weight.... bringing her to where she is today. I think what really makes her unrecognizable is the fact that she seems to have gotten her teeth done too.... and then chompers look way too big and too fake. That shit can change the entire shape and look of your face.

I feel you... except for the implication that she was destined to grow into a voluptuous grown woman body but she rushed the process. I think her destiny was just to be a fat chick.

I mean, you know the conventional wisdom that curvy women age better than skinny women because--while it's impossible to predict how any person's fat will be distributed as they gain weight--with a curvy woman the odds are that even as she gets bigger over all, more of the fat will deposit around the hips, ass and thighs than the midsection... so she maintains some degree of shape. But a skinny woman whose general shape is straight up-and-down, she just becomes wider.

You can see from the pic I posted above that that's what was happening with Lacey... and most of the surgeries she had were an attempt to fight that. After she had her kid, she got the first boob job--which as you said, was not great but it was fine. Then as she gained weight, she went and got lipo to give herself a waist (which she never had to begin with). And she got the ass implants, and additional breast implants to try to get an hourglass figure (which she couldn't fully achieved because hip implant technology wasn't really developed by then). She seems to have later got the hips, though... looks like she's had the full Build-a-Body special.
