Go to the App Store .. search for speed test .. download "Speedtest by Ookla" .. run it .. click "Go" .. once its done .. post the number beside "Ping" (it'll be in ms) and then post the numbers under "Download Mbps" and "Upload Mbps"

More than likely it's lagging because of your speed .. some of those videos can be big as hell in size (due to bitrate) and with a speed pushing only 1MB/s + doing shit in the background (maybe) it'll def cause it to lag. 50ms ping .. you on wifi or cell ? And on top of that you still have to depend on your connection to Mega so yeah .. from the looks of it .. it's your speed.
