Yeah, that’s a nice hustle. Have a popular forum and mandate that everyone goes through ONE site for downloads. The site gets a percentage of every K2s or whatever signup. No begging, no codes, and passive income for the owner.

Most of the time its the filehoster's themselves running the sites/forums. Especially those porn forums where all you see is fileboom/keep2share/filejoker .. I've had axx to some of them in the past and the first users in the databases were always the real admins from keep2share n shit lol .. they make hella bank

some forums have rules to use only that filesharing website, the finesse is these sites went from 10$ to 20$ a month.
back in my day rapidshare/depositfiles etc where huge and people were making mad money. You can check the threads on wjunction.com to see some earnings screenshots. Some people making 5 figures a month.
The general method is the more niche your content is the more niche sharing site you use, ubiqfile being popular one at 20$ month.
You used to have uploaded.to, fileserve and rapidgator as the big players that everyone used that was sharing normal content and then you had nitroflare, ubiqfile, keep2cc for more nice stuff.
now it's all over the place
