This is my mindset when I argue that piracy is a moral good lol. The powers that be can determine what is verboten on a whim. Morality police will nuke anything that goes against their views. Look at what they did to "The Boondocks" just recently. Suddenly, some episodes are too hot for today's climate. What about certain books? If I can't find a controversial book, the only thing I'll ever know about it is what others say about it. Why should they shape my mind for me?
Expecting anything digital to always remain available - especially in its original form - is being naive. Cloud storage is for backups. Offline storage is for booking a stall in an information black market.
