1,000 thank yous for the report feature, though over time you are likely going to get an onslaught of reports from an army of thots for copyright violations and clowns who just like to fuck around.

If I may be so bold, you suggested you can selectively add the report button to specific accounts. I would suggest to start by adding it to select trusted members in here who could effectively use it as a policing mechanism. Sort of like a beta test. Banginscrew could decide who gets it.

Also, is there any guidance for what types of posts/activities constitute violations? Regular forum rules or special rules for the craziness in here?

i dont feel there should have to be any written rules

put people on ignore. If you choose to report them as a measure of getting even, you getting clapped. No other way around it. I dont have any problems doing so and tbh, im not trying to hear no sob stories about why you deserve a second chance

Why don't ya'll just have active Mods that stay in this thread? Not sure how long you been around, but I've seen boards come and go. The largest for a while was BlackVoices in the 90's. Tight forums. Active Mods. Sold out to AOL. Died a couple of years after. Ya'll pop in once a week, make a couple of threats, and bounce. Bark loud but no bite. A normal Mod would have dropped that dude who abused the 'report' feature after the second transgression. Ya'll still asking dudes to stop. You can't be a Mod popping in and out of a thread once and week. Glad you all are at least letting things slide in here because I was raised in the Wild Wild West.
