The lottery is dope for alotta people to come up, but if you're in middle/upper middle, you might make too much for some of the shit, and some in the 18-25 category might qualify for a studio or 1BR depending on requirements, and of course, their salary. Guidelines to get in some are wild, and getting worse. I wonder how much COVID is gonna affect market here. Did they make you update financials yearly like they do with the rental winners?
