As someone who tried and failed at NoFap for years, I can tell you two things. One, it's one of the hardest things you can ever try in today's society. Two, abstaining really will cause you to see improvements in your life across the board. I can't vouch for the religious aspect he's coming from, but you will feel like a better man.
