Meek Mill Getting Released On Monday

The original charge that got Meek on paper is in question because the arresting officer is dirty and was fired..

The dirty cop on Meek case got 82 other people locked up as well and they go back to court on Friday to get their charges dropped..

The District Attorney on Meek case is trying to drop Meek charges and let him go free with no probation or stipulations but the judge is holding him hostage..

I agree that aint been a model citizen and has done some DUMB shit knowing he had a crooked Judge on his back however that last incarceration was straight b.s.

I don't disagree with some of his situation being complete bullshit.

I'm just not understanding all this celebratory shit like a true black freedom fighter just got released after being imprisoned for some years on some political prisoner shit.

I'm truly happy that man is free. I just don't understand all the extra over the top shit people are doing and saying about him being released is all.

its only based off sports. white mfers didnt give two shits about meek until the Eagles made the playoffs and niggas were jamming to dreams and nightmares after a game in the locker room

Also its best to mention there were signs all over philly saying FREE MEEK MILL.

especially downtown in mayoville.

My thing is though suspected white folks play chess, they’re about playing the long game, whatever it is they’re doing it’s something that benefits them, they don’t give a shit about Meek. But in due time we’ll know their agenda.

I think for Philly, he really out there giving back, so they know how he was missed.

Of course you have the bandwagoners and those looking to be down but you also have ppl that are glad to have a popular face for the justice reform changes they've been asking for for years

To me, as someone who has been to a LOT of welcome home parties, if feel like its merely a continuation of how we as a ppl do, just on more global scale.

At the end of the day an innocent black man is free for the time being and I'm cool with that.

But I agree, if we can get behind, say Assata Shakur, with the same energy then it would be something more praise worthy but as it stands, I'm cool with the love and blessings Meek getting

I've read about his work in Philly and as I've said before I'm truly happy that he is home.

But the reaction to all of this shit is weird to me only that nothing else.
