Yeah, that would be silly. Setting yourself up for expectations you can’t live up to with these characters.
 
Zemo was in an early draft but that was most likely scrapped at least it appears to be based off the trailer. I didn't realize that was Sentry I'm very curious how he gets handled in this movie. He should have zero issues with anyone he's far too powerful lol.

They've done it to nearly everyone except Wanda, Spiderman, and Captain Marvel. Spiderman is damned near the strongest cat in the MCU, Wanda's still able to warp reality, and Captain Marvel is supposedly the most powerful superhero.

Wouldn't be surprised if he breaks out of prison again he tends to do that lol. You can't waste his character he'll be involved in this super soldier Cap4 saga somehow lol.

I know its been awhile since Falcon and the WS but I dont think he's in prison is he? Last we saw him he was deboing and destroying the last of the super soldier serum from some lab. Which makes it more preposterous that he doesnt have a role in Cap 4. They were doing some reshoots again its not too late to add him into the mix
