Yes. The script is pretty atrocious and the story is all over the place. The only ones who come out unscathed to me are Carl Lumbly, Danny Ramirez and Harrison Ford. They did not do Mackie any favors and idk how you come outta this feeling like Marvel has confidence in him leading the Avengers

They tried it.. but an actual SUPER hero needs to lead the Avengers.. dude was getting fucked up by generic henchman #5 types throughout the whole shit. I see what they were trying to do but dude even said himself several times.. shoulda took that fuckin serum lol

The only time that the theater reacted was the Bucky cameo lol. Their chemistry was more organic than Sam and Joaquin
