Do the rest of marvel characters get stronger when one of their variants die? Every time one of the guys died in The One.. the rest became faster and stronger. They also all stayed dead

You get the overall point.

Which is, other strands of reality exist with minor/major changes in them due to choices made.

I get your point that other movies have multiverse stuff. You don't seem to get it that some of us are just tired and/or don't like how mcu is doing it through multiple movies and tv shows and not even doing a good job with it

But the movies ain’t really for the fans of the comics or old animated tv shows.

It’s for new consumers.
