Looking at the previous movies recently. I just do not like Tom as Pete/Spidey. Or maybe its the way they wrote him. As peter he is not a genius or have analytical skills to defeat enemies and create gadgets. He always has help too. As Spidey he is not confident, witty or arrogant.
