I guess this deserves its own thread, but here it is again. This time, however, HBO is telling the story.​

Finish the first episode. Promising series will continue to watch to see where this could go. Fun fact both Elizabeth Marvel and Jesse Plemons played in Fargo. Interesting in Fargo she was pushing the wife to chase her dreams. But in this one she the complete opposite and Jesse was the husband of that wife which was Kirsten Dunst.
 
Ending up watching the whole thing it was so good and when they finally showed the actual murder it was as gorely as it look. Great mini series and high reccomend it for everyone looking for a quick good series to watch.

Haven't seen the Hulu one but I heard it's more "accurate" and true crime-y. This one is more about the interpersonal relationships of the community. So preference would be the difference i guess
 
I'm watching now and keep thinking Elizabeth Olsen is gonna end up playing Hillary Clinton in some movie down the line
 
That was weird as hell to go back and see him afterwards

Wasn't expecting the suicide
Can't remember if I saw the Hulu one. I know I've heard of it
