Latina Schools Black Women On How To Keep A Black Man

i agree with everything you are saying.......but being a bitch and/or paying your own bills should not qualify as " a strong woman".

this is shit that allowed aloty of people to feel they dont need men and if they have a man he should be ok with being treated like shit. yet, when her mouth gets them into a fight she wants him to NOW be a thug.

nah...

it dont work that way.

Black men been fucking up Soo long that's it's been evolving alot of black woman to overcompensate as the lead dog, and handle responsibilities. I can speak on this only because I've listened and learned that from Queen. We also discussed how for some women it's hard and a challenge to fall back and trust their man on some things since for so long they are not used to real black men that handle their business, take ownership of situations, and protect them. It takes some growth and time for them to trust their partner. We have to earn that trust.

i salute you , young man,
props for the lady you have.

my wife and i bump heads because we are more alike than anything. neither one of us will take an L without a fight.
Haha we collide this morning but it's all about the bigger picture. I hate conflict and we both for finding a common ground so compromise and respecting boundaries is something that's stressed and followed daily. It works for us *shrugs*

true.....but i also think that our women have to understand where the black men are in society.

acknowledging that black men are treated low and fuck and society allows the black woman to get higher because they know it will diminish the role of the black man once certain types of women now have money.

yes, it is hard for our women but its also hard for our men.
women have so much support to be great at anything......what do our young men have? what do our young men hear about themselves?

you take the man out the equation and then you have women trying to raise men...and more times than not it dont work out well. it takes a special woman to be able to raise a good dude with morals and ethics.

so while i agree with what you are saying .....i place most of the blame on two things. the men in our community not doing right by the women and outside forces which should be understood.

the few dudes doing good......cant fix everything.

this should be its own topic.

Is she talking about American Black women or just black women in general? There is a big difference depending on where the women are from. Shit people in general.

There are black people in North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, and Africa. The environment people grew up around most definitely helps shape who they are and who they might become, so her comments are kind of broad in my opinion

i think shes talking about america.
i cant see this shit flying with other cultures.

shit, even in the DR...the way they treat the haitian men is one thing...but them dude still have their respect and self worth in the eys of their family when they get home.

this shit has nothing to do with race, and everything with just respecting your relationship and your partner....

this misconception that black women don't appreciate black men, or black men don't appreciate black women is fucking retarded, and the people who actually buy into it gotta do some real self reflection as to why they constantly find themselves in relationships with people who clearly don't value them....

it has a lot less with what race the person is, and a lot more to what they are attracting, and what they are attracted to.....

if looks are the only criteria for a whole relationship,. don't be surprised when the rest of the shit is a crapshoot, everybody ain't compatible with everybody

I think people tend to see a lot of things from a narrow point of view if they've rarely or never experienced anything else. I mean even in America it's so many people from different countries and cultural backgrounds that the statement she made is still hella broad. In major cities like Mahattan, San Francisco, or Dallas you have a ton of expats or 1st generation citizens that they still might (and mostly do) hold their culture near and dear to their hearts and try to live the way their ancestors did.

ehhh

it's a race issue if black women are the only ones complaining, then that's who her comments are for

This is exactly how I look at it.

I've lived abroad for a total of 5 years and traveled to every continent with the exception of Antarctica and people are more alike than different from my observation.

Your cultural background (like I stated earlier) can help shape who you are and might turn out to be but ultimately it's up to the person to figure out how they are going to live their life and treat others.

They aren't the only people that has issues. They might be the only race that YOU publicly see the most but they aren't the only ones. Lol. Most races would prefer their own to marry and procreate

thats not what im saying

im referring to the girl in the OP saying that the black women are the ones coming at her

In what way do you mean, I'm kinda confused on what you're asking?

I can tell you though from experience (as you and everyone knows, I'm sure) money is important to all races, sex, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs when it comes to anything. That includes being in a relationship.

Shit, i know people and have witnessed 1st hand foreigners mindset changing on their children marrying or dating outside their race when they find out the financial status of their significant other and that's for the good and bad. Lol.

cuz most people are small minded and only attack what's right in front of them.

The black women who are targeting her are doing it because instead of addressing their own personal issues with relationships, they attack another race because it gives them someone else to blame other than themselves..

and she's feeding into it, people really think interracial fucking somehow cures racism..

shit's a cycle of idiocracy and misplaced outrage

i ask because i once talked about how alot of athletes who claim to be from the blackest areas...they get money then marry white or latina and that money stays on the white or latina side. as if the black women are not worth marrying once you reach a certain economic status.

and sadly...i have seen the same for black women here in europe. straight up leave they man cuz these dudes got generational money.

so i guess i am asking while alot of people tend to want to procreate with their own....it seems sometimes a few in our community thats not the case when money comes along. so does that change the dynamic of what you said?
