Yall gotta stop prematurely calling winners and losers based on whatever singles you can think of off the top of your heads.

You know rap/rnb fans are fickle and it's such a fast pace industry that the biggest hit from 3 years ago can seem ancient. Whether JL won or lost, there is a serious disrespect of his work as a featured and backup vocalist.

I like to think I appreciate Alicia more than the average listener.

John won this. Why? Neither have an extensive list of hit records that popped off. Going of quality, John is a step or two ahead of Alicia. Vocally, lyrically, and production wise, he is the better candidate. Nothing against Alicia though cause she gets almost every 2000+ r&b singer out of here with ease.
