Not at all. If he had grand mal seizures from untreated epilepsy or knew he had it but was off his meds then he could easily die from a seizure especially if nobody knew what was going on and just thought he was high or some shit.

My ex has epilepsy and had three seizures while we were together. You gotta know how to deal with them and act quickly or that person can be injured, suffer brain damage, or die.
