The abridged version: Conflict was banned a while ago because he refused to prove he was of African descent after it was determined he was using racially offensive language.
Few weeks later, he came back as @Priest and since his language has not been racially offensive. However some feel that he should still be banned for not providing a proof pic of his race while others have served a banned for the same reason
